The Eastlink Borderfree System

Win overseas buyers. Keep them.

Five services that work as one system, for Chinese companies that want steady orders from the US and Europe instead of one-off wins. Each part fixes a point where buyers drop away.

The five parts

Start where you're losing the most buyers.

Each part works on its own. Together, they cover every moment from a buyer's first search to their tenth order.

01 · Before they've heard of you

Brand and positioning

Why you, not the factory down the road.

Ask ten suppliers in your category what makes them different, and most will say the same three things: quality, price and service. A buyer can't choose between ten identical promises, so they choose on price.

BeforeWe are a leading manufacturer of high-quality LED lighting with competitive prices and good service.
AfterLED panels for UK electrical wholesalers: tested to UK standards, held in stock in Shenzhen, shipped in 7 days.
An example to show the idea, not a client. The second line tells a buyer who it's for, why it's safe and what to expect.

What we do

  • Talk to you, your sales team and, where we can, your best customers, to find out why buyers really choose you
  • Study the competitors your buyers compare you with, in their market and their language
  • Write your positioning: who you're for, what you're best at, and the proof that backs it up
  • Design a name, logo and visual identity if you need one, or sharpen the one you have
  • Give you a short brand guide: how you look, and how you sound in English

What you'll have

A clear answer to “Why should I buy from you?”, in words a Western buyer believes, used the same way on your website, LinkedIn, trade show stand and every sales email.

A logo on its own starts at €145. Brand + Launch, with a matching website, starts at €1,795. Full positioning work is quoted after your free review.

02 · When they look you up

Multilingual website, SEO and GEO

Found on Google, named by AI, trusted on the first read.

Your buyer will look you up before they reply to you. If your website reads like a translated catalogue, they move on to the next supplier, and you never find out why.

  • 7,300 → 28,000+ visits a month for China Fulfillment, five months after we rebuilt its site.
  • 4.8× the leads for PFC Express, after we rewrote its English copy and calls to action.

What we do

  • Native English copy written to win enquiries, plus the other languages your buyers use
  • Pages planned around what buyers type into Google and ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews
  • The proof buyers look for: certificates, factory photos, test reports, lead times and minimum orders
  • Fast on phones, with enquiry forms, WhatsApp and email tracked so you can see what works
  • Technical SEO, structured data and Google Search Console, in place on launch day

What you'll have

A website that answers a buyer's questions before they ask, ranks for what they search, and sends you enquiries you can count.

Fixed prices from €1,195. See the website packages and results

03 · When you reach out

LinkedIn and digital outreach

Conversations with buyers who fit.

Most export cold messages start with “Dear Sir/Madam, we are a leading manufacturer” and get deleted after the first line. Buyers see so many of them that a good supplier who writes the same way gets deleted too.

We don't buy followers or send thousands of automated messages. LinkedIn restricts accounts that do, and buyers can tell.

What we do

  • Rebuild your company page and your sales team's profiles, so a buyer sees real people they'd do business with
  • Build a list of buyers who fit: the right countries, company sizes and job titles
  • Write connection requests, messages and follow-ups that sound like a person, not a brochure
  • Write your posts: factory proof, customer stories and useful answers to buyers' questions
  • Set up email outreach to match, from a domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place so it reaches the inbox
  • Report every week: messages sent, replies and meetings booked

What you'll have

A steady stream of conversations with buyers you chose, and a team that knows how to keep them going.

04 · When you meet face to face

Trade show strategy and follow-up

Turn handshakes into orders.

A trade show is often the biggest marketing cost of the year. Then the team flies home with a stack of business cards, and the follow-up goes out weeks later, after the buyer has met dozens of other suppliers.

  1. Before the show

    Book the meetings

Choose the shows your buyers attend, contact the buyers you want to meet, and prepare your stand message, brochures and samples.

  2. At the show

    Capture every lead

A quick lead form for every conversation: who they are, what they need and the next step. A short review with your team at the end of each day.

  3. After the show

Follow up while they remember you

Personal follow-up within two working days, a planned sequence for the months after, and a report on which leads became quotes and orders.

What we do

  • Help you choose shows by where your buyers go, not by habit
  • Contact your target buyers on LinkedIn and by email to book meetings before you arrive
  • Write the stand message, brochures and sample kits for buyers in that market
  • Stand graphics, printed materials and branded giveaways made factory-direct, from 5 pieces on most items
  • Set up lead capture for the stand and review leads with your team each day
  • Write the follow-up emails and track every lead until it's won or closed

What you'll have

Every lead from the show captured, followed up and tracked to a quote or an order, so you know which shows are worth booking again.

05 · Every conversation after that

Cross-cultural sales training

A team overseas buyers want to deal with.

Your team's English may be good. But buyers in the US and Europe read a lot between the lines. A late reply sounds like a late shipment. A defensive answer to a complaint can lose a customer it took years to win.

Your team writesThe buyer hears
“No problem.”Did anyone actually check?
“We are the leading manufacturer.”Everyone says that.
“Price can be discussed.”So the first price wasn't real.
“Sorry for the inconvenience caused.”They're not going to fix it.
No reply for three daysIf they're this slow now, what happens when there's a problem?

What we do

  • Workshops for your sales team, built on your own emails and real buyer situations
  • How Western buyers think about risk, price and trust, and how that changes from market to market
  • Templates for the hard emails: quotes, delays, price rises and complaints
  • Practice for calls and video meetings, with feedback
  • Review of live emails for the first weeks, so the new habits stick

What you'll have

A sales team that writes and speaks in a way buyers trust, and a playbook that stays with your company when people leave.

Where to start

You don't need all five on day one.

Most companies start with the part that's costing them the most buyers right now. These are the usual starting points.

No enquiries from your website?

Buyers can't find you, or they find you and leave. Start with your positioning and your website.

01 Brand02 Website

Enquiries, but few orders?

Buyers are interested but don't commit. Start with how your team writes, follows up and reaches the right people.

05 Training03 LinkedIn

Big show coming up?

Start as early as you can before it, so the meetings are booked before you fly.

Why Eastlink

We built Chinese companies that sell to the world.

Eastlink isn't an agency that read about exporting. Our founder, Noel Murphy, co-founded ParcelFromChina in Shenzhen in 2009 and has spent 18 years selling from China and helping brands buy from it. The businesses he's built have sold more than $130 million.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who is the Eastlink Borderfree System for?

Chinese manufacturers, trading companies and brands that sell, or want to sell, to buyers in the US, the UK and Europe. It suits companies with a product buyers already want and at least one person handling export sales.

Do we have to buy all five parts?

No. Each part works on its own, and most companies start with one or two. The free growth review tells you which part is costing you the most buyers.

How much does it cost?

Websites have fixed prices, from €1,195. Brand and positioning, LinkedIn outreach, trade show work and training depend on your market, your team and your goals, so we quote them after the free review. You get one fixed price, in writing, before any work starts.

Can you guarantee orders?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Orders depend on your product, your price and your team as well as on us. The one guarantee we give is on the Grow plan for websites: beat the baseline we agree by 25%, or we keep working for free. For everything else, we report the numbers honestly every month.

Which markets do you know best?

The US, the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe. Our founder is Irish and has worked across China, the US and Europe for 18 years.

Our team's English isn't strong. Can we still do this?

Yes. We write the website, LinkedIn and outreach copy in native English for you, and the training starts from your team's level, using your own emails.

What happens in the free growth review?

You send us your website and tell us who your buyers are. We look at it the way an overseas buyer would, and within one working day we reply with where you're losing buyers and what we'd fix first. If the fix is something we don't do, we'll tell you that too.

Why work with a Western founder?

Because the people you're trying to win are Western buyers. Noel Murphy has helped brands abroad buy from Chinese factories, and has sold from Shenzhen to customers abroad since 2009, so he knows what your buyer expects and why your team works the way it does.
